It's not often we get to spend time together because we both moved distances apart, but the moments together never change. Sometimes early mornings are the only time our schedules mesh up when we both are back in our hometown visiting. On days like these we usually just go and get a cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and hug and share moments catching up. On this particular day, we woke up really, really early in the morning to catch some killer fog...but the fog never rolled in.  We thought 'oh well, we'll just watch the sunrise'...but then the clouds were so thick that the sun never even peaked through. So we hiked, played with smoke grenades, and laughed a whole lot. Then we went and ate our traditional cinnamon roll........because come on, who can resist a cinnamon roll? Love this girl for everything she is. She truly has a heart of gold and I feel blessed to call her my friend.
